Wearable Arts

We are all preparing for wearable arts that is held in week 10. It takes a lot more preparation than you think! First you have to make a plan, then there's the experimenting, then there is the making that takes FOREVER!

Over the last few weeks we also did some paper mache. The paper mache looked pretty good but it took a lot of work. Room 9 and 10 had to blow up a balloon to paper mache on, but of course they had to leave a space for the eyes. After it was all dry they had to paint it. The masks are so cool!

On the first of May some Maungaraki students went to the pluses netball. The kids that went to the netball game made posters and we got to decorate there changing room. After that we went to the park and then the food court then swimming. After everyone got out of the pool we got our seats at the game! Sadly the pulse lost by one point. Then we all got signatures. That was the end of our adventure.
